Free Delivery Policy

Effective February 1st, 2018 Violet+Ruby is rolling out a beta program which includes free local delivery for the following locations:  Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge.  Please allow 5-7 days for delivery, subject to change.  If the 4-6 day delivery timeline doesn't work - you're more than welcome to pick up your package from our pick up location in Port Coquitlam. At this time, we are not able to offer delivery to apartment buildings or gated communities. 

**Please note - if delivery has been attempted and unsuccessful for whatever reason (example, big scary dog or obstruction, etc.) a secondary pick-up attempt will not be offered and the item must be picked up from our pick up location in Port Coquitlam, or have the item shipped to you at your expense. 

Since this is a beta program, Violet+Ruby reserves the right to revoke the free delivery program at any time.
